About The Yarn Basket

Starting in 2005, The Yarn Basket, added a new dimension to shopping in downtown Carroll (map) not only for the owner Beth, but for all of her friends and soon to be friends. 

We welcome you to come and enjoy the fellowship our store has to offer while you touch and see the wonderful selection or yarns, needles, books and accessories. We also have a sitting area for you to knit and visit other fellow knitters. In 2006, we added The Quilt Shed to the back of our store. What a wonderful place to get the material you want to line our wonderful felted purses.

This past summer we expanded our knitting store to the wonderful Okoboji area. Located in an old stone cottage (see map), we offer the same fine quality of yarns, needles and fellowship. Hope to see you at both our locations.
